About the AC1000
This well-designed automatic caramel cutting machine has all the components to also serve as a sheet cake cutting machine for product up to 1-1/2″ thick (38mm).
It will perform hour after hour, day in and day out on products from the softer brownies and cakes to the chewiest such as peanut chews or nougats. Built in the U.S. (way up in the Rockies), of primarily North American components, the AC-1000 is loaded with convenience and safety features.

Cleanup is a snap
- Everything you see above the feedbelt (guard, arbor with blades and stripper set) can be removed in 15-20 seconds and headed to the sink.
- The arbor breaks down with a simple turn of a large 1 – ¼ inch (left hand thread nut).
- No other system is faster.
- It’s simple and heavy duty.
Custom Arbors
- Having an arbor set up complete with blades (ready to go) for each of your common cut widths is ideal. That could mean two or three arbor shafts, but saving time and labor is the goal.
- One arbor is set up to your width specifications and included with each machine.
- The blades are of the highest quality stainless, 7-inch diameter, double bevel ground.
- When the time comes, sharpening is a snap.
- Custom spacer sets can be made to get you quickly cutting a ‘new’ width without the need for another entire arbor. This facilitates any size change required for an automated wrapper.
Change the arbor to adjust cut size
Machine cuts up to 1.5 inch (38mm) thick, 17″x17″ slabs on matts or wax boards 17.5 in. wide. From your cold table, transfer either cast or cut slabs to your matts or wax boards. The AC1000 takes care of the rest.
Making rectangular pieces? Once all your product has run, change arbors as shown above. Secure the swinglocks (fastest in the industry), drop the poly-vinyl safety guard back in place and resume cutting your other length.
